Booking and cancellation policy
Cancellations of single rooms are possible up to 24 hours before arrival. For group bookings (more than 5 rooms) special cancellation policy applies. For the ’Christmas dinner hotel package, cancellation is possible up until 3 weeks before arrival.
Age limit
To book a room you need to be 18 years of age.
Arrival and departure
We have self check-in so which means that you can check in any time you want after 3 PM. During the day of arrival we will email your room number and instructions. Check out is 11 AM.
Smoking
Our rooms is smoke free and smoking is not allowed by entrances or similar where smoke can disturbe other guests. If a guest violates the smoking ban, the hotel/hostel has the right to demand compensations for any costs that might arise. Smoking is only allowed in our smoker’s corner, located on the grass area next to the parking lot.
Pets
Dogs are welcome in some of our hostel rooms. If you want to bring your dog, please let us know when booking. There is an additional fee of SEK 150 per pet and stay. Maximum 1 large or 2 small dogs per room.
Safety
Always check where nearest exit, fire alarm button and extinguisher is located. Details are on the evacuation map on the wall next to the door in your room. Smoking is strictly forbidden in and around our buildings. A fire alarm button for the hotel building is placed on the south west corner of the building, towards the parking lot.
